I think that to do with the Master Cleanse diet for 10 days for detoxification and the burden of junk food that I know that I won ... I will start a diet with exercise and eating well and want to start. Who knows what the recipe is to make this plan by the gallon, so you can store in the refrigerator and do not drink? NE help would be appreciated. THANX!

I do not recommend the Master Cleanse diet. Have you tried? I remember last winter, I wanted to do for one week only the beginning. The first day was very painful. I had a headache and my breathing was disgusting, because I do eat (you eat really help their breath, anyway?). I have other people complain of headaches and not clean. I scratch the list of things to try to, as simply not worth it. You want to clean your system, try the tea senna, because when (maybe twice) all couple of weeks .... much more efficient.
You must be the Master Cleanse diet, which in the news a few days - was apparently not too good for you to read.
